YBUD Terms of Use
These terms describe how YBUD operates, how your subscription is handled, and what you can expect when using the app.

Subscription Access
YBUD is offered as a paid subscription through the App Store. Premium features like voice entry and receipt scanning do not require sign-in. Apple Sign-In is only required when you enable cloud sync so backups can sync securely via iCloud.
Billing & Cancellation
Billing is handled directly by the App Store. You can cancel or change your subscription from your Apple account at any time; cancellations prevent future charges but do not retroactively refund past payments.
Refund Policy
App Store refunds are governed by Apple's policies. Please request refunds through Apple Support if you believe a charge was made in error.
Service Updates & Availability
Studio 074 may update or discontinue features in YBUD. If a feature critical to your workflow is removed, sufficient notice will be provided within the app.
Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app in ways that violate applicable laws or App Store policies.
Account Deletion & Restore
Deleting your account from the app’s settings removes any cloud backup and access to syncing. Restoring the account later requires reactivating your subscription and signing in with the same Apple ID so we can validate and restore your saved budgets.
