Information We Collect
We collect your email address when you create an account. When you connect social accounts, we store OAuth tokens to publish content on your behalf. We also collect your website URL and brand profile details you provide during onboarding to learn your brand voice. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we store only a Stripe customer ID.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to generate and schedule on-brand social content, authenticate your connected accounts, process payments, and send transactional emails. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Social Account Connections
Connecting a social account grants Tenex permission to publish content on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly from the platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Revoking access stops all future publishing from Tenex.
AI Content Generation
Your brand profile, website content, and past posts are sent to third-party AI providers to generate captions, scripts, and visual concepts. We transmit only what is necessary for content generation and do not use your data to train AI models.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide and all content generated on your behalf. AI-generated drafts are yours to edit, approve, or delete before publishing.
Third-Party Services
Tenex Social uses OpenAI (text generation), Google Gemini (image concepts), Fal.ai (video generation), and Cloudflare R2 (media storage). Your use of Tenex is also subject to the terms of any social platforms you connect. Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing data they receive.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you authenticated and preference cookies for UI settings. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold. To exercise these rights, email admin@studio074.dev. We will respond within 30 days.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tenex Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Social Account Access
By connecting a social account, you authorize Tenex to publish content on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring the content Tenex publishes complies with each platform's terms of service. You can revoke access at any time from your Tenex account settings.
AI-Generated Content
Tenex generates draft content using AI. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your brand. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. Studio 074 is not liable for any consequences arising from published AI-generated content.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. A 12-day free trial is available; no credit card is required to start. You can cancel at any time; cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tenex Social to publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws or the terms of any connected social platform. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Tenex Social is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee publishing uptime or that content will perform as expected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
