By downloading or using Color Game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The App
Color Game is a casual physics entertainment app provided by Studio 074. Results are random physics outcomes for fun and are not gambling, contests, or real-money wagering.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Color Game on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.
In-App Purchases
If Color Game offers optional paid features, billing is handled by Apple or Google. Purchases are subject to the store’s refund and cancellation policies. Cancel or manage subscriptions from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Acceptable Use
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse Color Game in ways that violate applicable laws or Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Color Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio 074’s total liability arising from your use of Color Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if the app was free).
Changes
We may update these terms or the app over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
